Lift My Hands

There may be days that you don’t understand what God is doing. There may be times when you are carrying pain or grief that seems unbearable. Psalm 63 reminds us that we can still worship in the waiting.
Lifting our hands in worship can be an expression of gratitude, surrender, and praise. It is a
reminder that our help comes from God.
Sometimes worship is easy when life is going well, but it can be more difficult when we are
hurting or waiting for answers. Yet, even in those moments, we can choose to lift our hearts and hands to God. Worship reminds us that God is still good, still faithful, and still in control—even when we do not understand what He is doing.
God is worthy of our praise. Praise Him for what He has done in your life. Surrender to Him
what you have been carrying. Even in the waiting, choose to trust Him and remember that He is with you.

Psalm 63:4
“I will praise You as long as I live, and in Your name, I will lift up my hands.”

Do I find it difficult to worship when life is hard?
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, regardless of my circumstances, I choose to praise You. Help me to surrender the things I cannot control. I pray that my words and my life bring glory to Your name. You ar faithful and worthy of my praise.
