The Lamp That Never Fails

Psalm 119:105
“Your Word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.”
Life can feel uncertain. We want to know what’s ahead. What will tomorrow bring?
Where is God leading us?
God’s word is like a lamp, which gives us just enough light for our next step. A lamp
doesn’t reveal the whole distance. It gives us just enough light to keep us from
stumbling. God wants us to trust Him each day in each decision, and in each step. His
guidance comes through prayer, Scripture, and remaining in His Word as we seek Him.
As we spend time in His Word, our awareness changes. Fear is replaced with peace.
Confusion is replaced with understanding. We may not receive every answer we want,
but we become confident in the One who knows our path and who will comfort us every
step of the way.
If you are facing challenges today, don’t focus on seeing the whole journey. Ask God to
help you one step at a time. He will faithfully provide light and help you navigate through
each step.
Heavenly Father,
Thank you for guiding me. When I feel lost, You are always there to lead me. Give me
wisdom through your Word, courage to take the next step, and faith to follow where You
lead. Let Your Word be the light that fills my heart with peace and directs my decisions.
Thank you for never leaving me and for Your faithful presence.
